Shipping & Delivery Policy

Frunic delivers fresh, carefully selected fruits across Hyderabad with speed, hygiene, and reliability.

1. Service Area

  • We currently deliver only within Hyderabad, Telangana

  • Orders outside Hyderabad will not be accepted

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 12–24 hours after confirmation

  • Orders placed after cut-off time will be processed the next day

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are typically delivered within 24 hours of dispatch

  • Same-day or next-day delivery may be available depending on order time and location

4. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on distance and order value

5. Packaging & Freshness

  • All fruits are packed in hygienic, food-grade packaging

  • Each order is handled carefully to maintain freshness and quality during delivery

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, the order may be cancelled

7. Responsibility After Delivery

  • Once the order is delivered, proper storage and handling become the customer’s responsibility

8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Must be reported within 6 hours of delivery with photo/video proof

  • Claims will be handled as per our Refund & Replacement Policy

9. Delivery Delays

Frunic is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Traffic conditions

  • Weather disruptions

  • High order volume

However, we will always assist with updates and support.
