At Frunic, we are committed to delivering fruits that meet high standards of freshness, quality, and taste. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow a strict Replacement and Store Credit policy.
1. No General Returns
Fresh fruits are perishable items and cannot be returned once delivered. However, we will resolve genuine quality issues as outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Replacement or Store Credit
You are eligible if:

Fruits are damaged, spoiled, or not consumable at delivery

Incorrect items are delivered

3. Reporting Window (Strict)

Issues must be reported within 6 hours of delivery

Complaints raised after this window will not be accepted.
4. Resolution Process
